Freelancers who have usually had work just show up in their inbox have found themselves going weeks or months without work. And I've heard from countless folks that they've made 1/2 or even 1/4 what they used to make.

It's rough out there.

I want more for you

Making $200k was life changing, but I don’t want to be the exception.

And in fact, I’m already not the exception. I’ve talked with or heard about at least a dozen motion designers making between $200k-$450k… and we’ve helped students not only add $25k… but even reach nearly $200k.

This is not an impossible goal.

I want to help you get there.

But why the focus on money?

Money doesn’t fix everything.

But money does fix money problems.

And unfortunately…

Many motion designers struggle to make a good living.

this sucks, but… it's fixable.

Most freelance income problems stem from one of these six issues.

1. work starts → marketing stops

As soon you get work, all of your marketing efforts stop (cold outreach, networking, reaching out to past clients, sharing work on social media).

2. No crm

You don’t have, or manage, a CRM (Client Relationship Management), you will lose so many opportunities. It’s impossible to hold all names of people and studios in your head.

3. Poor positioning

You’re not position yourself in a way that makes you the obvious choice for your ideal clients. When your positioning isn’t aligned, it confuses potential clients. And confused clients don’t buy.

4. Pricing issues

You don’t know how to price your work (typically undercharging, sometimes underquoting 2x, 3x, or 4x lower than you should be).

5. No accountability/support

You have zero accountability or support for working ON your freelance business.

6. Post-n-ghost

You post and ghost (share once or twice on social media, then lurk for weeks or months). Hiding in the shadows doesn’t help your new, exciting clients find out how awesome you are.

I was fed up with hitting an income ceiling and I was exhausted from being overworked for not enough pay. 

So I made a decision... I am going to do whatever it takes to make $200k from freelance motion design. 

It felt impossible, but when I told the world what I was going to do... things got interesting.
